Do you offer a guarantee on any services you provide?

Yes, we do! That is the best part about our company! Although we charge affordable prices for our cleaning services, we offer a guarantee on the quality and standard of the services provided. If the cleaning falls below industry standards, you can contact us, and our experienced team will resolve the issue.

Do you guarantee the return of my bond amount?

Bashi Multiple offers a bond-back guarantee on end-of-lease cleaning services. If you fail to get your full bond amount back due to a cleaning-related issue, we will return to the property to rectify the problem at no extra cost (as long as the items are part of the end-of-lease cleaning package).

Do I need to remove all furniture, or can you clean around it for a bond-back guarantee cleaning?

We clean both furnished and unfurnished properties. However, it’s recommended to remove personal belongings and furniture before cleaning for move-out or end-of-lease services. This allows our cleaners to thoroughly clean all areas, including floors, carpets, and corners.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for both pets and children.

Do you clean carpets with move-in and move-out services?

In the basic package for move-in and move-out services, we include mopping and vacuuming of hard floors. For carpet or upholstery cleaning, we have specialized teams. Please let us know your requirements when booking.

Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?

Our cleaners can provide basic sprays, wipes, a vacuum cleaner, a mop, and disinfectant products for a small additional surcharge of $5 per hour. If preferred, cleaners can also use equipment provided by the customer at the property.

Can I trust the cleaner?

All cleaners undergo a thorough screening process, including a National Police Check. We also encourage clients to provide regular feedback to maintain high-quality service standards.

How are customers matched with home service professionals?

We consider factors such as reliability, quality ratings, location, and availability when matching you with a cleaner. If the assigned cleaner isn’t the right fit, we are happy to arrange a replacement.

Do you provide a bond-back guarantee for end of lease cleaning?

Yes, our end of lease cleaning comes with a bond-back guarantee.

How much does a cleaning service cost?

Single cleans cost $54 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. Regular cleans (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly) are $44 per hour. An additional $5 per hour applies if cleaners provide their own equipment.

Will I have the same cleaner for each visit?

For regular cleans, you can expect the same cleaner each time. If your regular cleaner becomes unavailable, we will notify you and arrange a suitable replacement. You can also request a new cleaner if needed.

Are your cleaners insured?

Absolutely! All our cleaners are fully insured for your peace of mind.

How long will my home clean take?

The duration depends on the size and condition of your home, typically ranging from 2 to 6 hours. As a guideline, we recommend 30 minutes per room for a regularly cleaned home. You can adjust the duration and specify which areas need cleaning.

How long does carpet steam cleaning take?

The process typically takes 1-2 hours, depending on the room size.

Can the cleaner stay longer if needed?

If additional time is required and the cleaner’s schedule permits, they can stay longer to complete extra tasks. Please notify us to adjust your account as necessary.

Can I schedule a same-day cleaning service?

Yes, we offer same-day services subject to availability.
